We strive to make our products the best they can be, but we also understand that not all plugins will work in all situations. If you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes the system unusable, we will provide a complete refund within 30 days of your first payment.
- Refunds for technical reasons will only be given if you give us an adequate opportunity to try and assist you including raising a support ticket for the technical issue.
