To help troubleshoot you can examine the data the Eventbrite API returns directly using the Eventbrite API explorer
First you will need your private token – see the this page if you don’t know what that is. In the rest of this article I will use XXXXXXX to represent your private token. The API explorer calls the private token ‘OAuth token’.
Find your organisation
If you have asked for support you may need to provide your organisation ID. This is one way to find it. You also need the organisation ID to find other API data.
